This 3-hour tour will give you a stunning view over Windhoek from the famous Lover’s Hill while you get to know the comprehensive history of Windhoek and Namibia from colonial era to modern day.

Tour includes visits to:

• Christ Church, Ink Palace, Parliament Gardens, and the Old Fort. 
• Drive to the Katutura Township. Katatura is Windhoek’s informal settlement where one can get a bit of insight into some of the more traditional Namibian cultures. 
• The tour itself visits the Penduka Women’s Centre, a non-profit organization that teaches unskilled women new skills and enables them to support themselves. 
• We also visit the “Single Quarters” where we can chat with the vendors at this local market as well as taste Namibian beef and other local goodies. 
• We then take a drive through the informal area of the township to see how people live in the shanty town before returning to Windhoek.
