If you plan on crossing the borders into African countries, you will need to complete a form to get in touch with us. Yerome & Family Group only allows selective vehicle groups to cross the borders into certain African countries.

Crossing any of these borders need pre-approval and this needs to be done 48 working hours before the pick-up date of your rental.

Where the client wishes to amend the initial period of rental, whether, by extension or reduction in rental days, the client acknowledges that Yerome & Family Group reserves the right to amend its rates accordingly.

Credit card rentals are subject to a creditworthiness check at the counter

A credit card in the name of the main renter will be required at collection.

A deposit of the estimated rental charge, plus R1650.00, plus an additional deposit of 100% of the damage responsibility will be authorised on your card when collecting the vehicle. If there is no damage to the vehicle upon return, the balance due to the customer will be released.

All Yerome & Family Group vehicles are rented with a full tank of fuel. Any vehicle returned without a full tank is subject to a fuel admin fee of NAD 70.74 (excl. VAT) plus the cost of the fuel.

Cancellations of a reservation must be done via email using the “Reservation number” option or alternatively on +26481 394 9738/+2648 712 6392. All reservations cancelled at the renter's request are liable for a cancellation fee of 30%. Late returns will result in a late return charge of a whole extra billing day.

Vehicles returned in an unclean state may be subjected to the following cleaning charges: NAD 200.00 NAD (inc vat). This is a minimum charge, as it may vary, depending on cleaning time and costs to Yerome & Family Group.
