Siphokazi Kangowa is a solid experienced HR Professional, with a career spanning over 15 years in supervisory as well as executive roles (Lecturing, HR and Change management) as well as Board of Trustee positions. She has a background in Training and Development, Leadership and Change management, Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, Policy development and implementation, Employee Relations and Employee Motivation. Her industry experience started in Education, Corporate, NGO and Medical-Aid insurance.

She started her career in South Africa in 2004 at Walter Sisulu University and Pathcare South Africa and moved to Namibia in 2007. In Namibia, to mention a few, Siphokazi worked at Pathcare – Namibia, The International Training College Lingua, the Foschini Group and SOS Children's Villages.
