Speaking under correction, according to the Namibian Labour Force Survey of 2018 Report showed 62.5% of Kavango East region is rated to be the highest with youth unemployment rate. There is an imbalance between qualified skilled market personnel and the need from local companies to need employees with necessary skills. Industries need skilled workers to deliver their task diligently. This is where Ngato Vtc comes in, to assist in providing skills necessary to get these jobs thus eradicating the high rate of unemployment

Quality Training

Ngato VTC is registered with NTA to offer National Qualification courses which Business Services got its first registration with the NTA in 2016 in level 1 only, and Business Services, Electrical Engineering Level 1 - 3 in 2018 up to date. Ngato VTC further expanded Welding to Level 2 in 2020, still working on Business Services Level 4 and Welding 3 to be registered. We are NQA Accredited.

Internal Assessment

We use Competency Based assessment (CBA), that is defined as gathering, verifying of evidence to decide whether a student has achieved a standard of competence or not.

External Assessment

Our External Assessment is conducted by External Assessors registered and assigned by NTA. Our center first has to submit proof and evidence that our internal assessments indicates radiness to sit for external assessment
