Mission
At Zimba Labour Law Consultancy our mission statement is to fairly manage all internal employee relations and in doing so, allow our clients to focus on their core business and subsequently mitigate risk to the Employer by assisting with tricky labour legislation.
For our employee client base, Zimba Labour Law Consultancy’s mission statement is to educate the Namibian workforce on their rights in terms of relevant Labour Law legislation and in doing so, eradicate unfair labour practices within the workplace.
