For Mr. Nangolo, we successfully divided Erf 3880 into two separate erven, one of which became Erf 10010. This subdivision project laid the groundwork for further development in Ondangwa Extension 17, helping to provide more land for residential and commercial use in the growing town.
This project involved the consolidation of Erf 112 and 113 and the subdivision of Erf 2937 into a series of erven (2938 to 2964) in Oshakati North. These subdivisions have opened up opportunities for more housing, businesses, and infrastructure development in this rapidly expanding area.
Our team undertook the crucial task of setting out electrical lines in Omakange, ensuring that the electrical infrastructure is positioned precisely for optimal functionality. This project supports the growing need for reliable energy supply in the region, especially as the local population continues to increase.
We surveyed over 500 erven in Nkurenkuru Township, facilitating the expansion of the town into Extensions 8 and 12. This project was a vital step in supporting Nkurenkuru’s rapid growth and enhancing its capacity to accommodate the needs of both residential and commercial developments.
This comprehensive survey of Venus Township included mapping out 152 erven, providing a detailed blueprint for further development. Our work enabled the Municipality of Windhoek to lay a solid foundation for this emerging area, paving the way for future urban development.
In the Karas Region, we were tasked with subdividing Farm Spitskop West No.128 into 78 portions for NAMPOWER. This project was crucial in opening up land for future energy-related infrastructure, supporting the region's power needs as part of ongoing national development.
For HDF Energy Namibia, we conducted a topographical and aerial survey of a 400-hectare portion of land in Swakopmund. This large-scale project utilized UAV technology to capture high-precision data, which is now being used to inform major infrastructure and energy development plans in the area.
