Brent Richardson Advisory

Brent is the sole Member of Frameworks Africa Consultancy Cc, a Namibian entity accredited by the NQA since 2011. The consultancy offers training and advice linked to learning, assessment, and certification. Brent has been working in Namibia for more than 15 years. He was the Technical Advisor to the NQA before choosing to remain in Namibia. Before his Namibian involvements, Brent was a teacher and career advisor before joining the New Zealand Qualifications Authority in 1993, first assisting with the development of the NZ NQF and later being the Manager for Quality Assurance with oversight of NQF registration, the accreditation and audit of providers, and the approval of degree programmes offered outside the university sector. Presenter at several international conferences and technical author and policy writer. Brent has worked in several SADC countries as an advisor and consultant as well as in Ghana. Holder of a Bachelor Degree in Geography and Economic History, a Post-graduate Diploma in Education and various qualifications as a Trainer, Training Developer, and Assessor.
