Lisias N. I. Paulus Stakeholders liaison

A Centre Manager of MMVTC, Opoto branch, a renowned vocational education TVET activist whom last year was appointed to serve as an Advisory Board Member of Society for Family Health (SFH) in Oshana region. He poses extensive policy & guidelines formulation, implementation and leadership skills at managerial levels where he served in public & private service positions since his studies, including running his own company El Nino Engineering CC embarking on metal Fabrication and Construction. Prior to TVET business, he served as an Extension Officer (Community-Based Organization Officer) from Outapi & Okahao Forestry Offices under the Ministry of Environment & Tourism and later, Ministry of Agriculture Water & Forestry. He then served as an MMVTC Head of Training, Ogongo branch. Mr Paulus holds a National Diploma in Natural Resources (Forestry) from Unam (Ogongo) and Certificates in Boiler-Making from NIMT (Tsumeb). He also serves on an advisory board for Oshana Youth & Adolescents
