Medicity provides information and guidelines with regards to family planning. You may schedule time with our friendly and professional doctors who will give you a full run-down and explanation of each contraceptive method.

Currently, we administer and assist with the following contraceptives:

• Oral contraceptives (the contraceptive pill)
• Contraceptive injection (you may visit Medicity to schedule and get your shots)
• Contraceptive patch
• Contraceptive implant
• IUDs and IUSs “loop” contraceptives
• Emergency contraception pill (morning after pill)
• Mirena insertion (T-shaped device through the cervix and into the uterus, valid for up to 5 years)
