Day 1

Windhoek – Etosha National Park. ( L )

(app. 420 km tarred road – app. 5 hours driving time)

Your experienced safari-guide will fetch you from your hotel in Windhoek and we depart at around 08h30 from Windhoek towards Okahandja, Otjiwarongo and Outjo into the famous Etosha National Park, where we’ll undertake our first game drives. (lunchenroute excluded) The Park is well known for its huge herds of antelope and zebra.

Day 2

Etosha National Park. (B – L - D )

A full day in the Park lies ahead of us. Except for the rainy season, Etosha’s animals are depending on artificial waterholes and natural springs. Explore the various waterholes along this enormous saltpan, which is called the “great white place of dry water” in a local language. Lunch stop at one of the rest camps (lunch excluded). Encounter the big variety of wildlife in the Park during the course of the morning. More than 114 mammals species are found in the Park, several of them are rare and endangered like the black rhino of the black faced impala. You have a great chance of seeing some of the bigger mammals, like elephant and rhino and of course a highlight in any safari, the predators.

Day 3

Etosha National Park – Windhoek. (B - L)

(app. 420 km tarred road – app. 5 hours driving time)

Lunch stop at Outjo (lunch excl.) and return to Windhoek, where we shall arrive at around 17:00.
