Please note that there is a 24-hour period within which goods can be returned and a refund can be effected upon receipt of the returned item.

The client has an option of an exchange with a different product of the same price and if there is an exchange with a product of a higher price, a top-up would be required from the client. Exchange cannot be done of goods with a higher price with that of a lower price. Goods must be preserved and returned the same manner in which they were delivered.
